< 0 star isnt an option!10 thumbs down!!Marilyn Noel was the attorney representing the buyer in our sale transaction.HORRENDUS!Incompetentand rude!I actually felt bad for the buyer they had no instruction from this attorney or their agent which delayed the closing 4 times!Stay away!

< Try to avoid this place ! 95% of the time their attorneys are always busy and can never assist you with anything. Not once did they follow up with me via emailglad my buyer client was patient and we were able to find another one who actually cared and update us with important things.
